Shipping policy

FREE DOMESTIC FEDEX EXPRESS SHIPPING
Shipping is complementary in the United States. All items are shipped via FedEx or UPS unless a specific request for an alternative carrier is made prior to purchasing. 
 

DIRECT SIGNATURE REQUIRED
Please note that we ship packages with "direct signature required" and our carrier is instructed to not leave packages without your signature.
 

SHIPPING TIME
We ship Monday through Thursday; we do not ship on Fridays to avoid packages remaining in warehouses or on trucks.  If you wish to have your package shipped on Friday for Saturday or Monday delivery, please let us know.   

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship via DHL Express and FedEx Express overseas, typical Monday through Friday.  We charge a flat fee for shipping and duties. 

Should customs in the Buyer's country require additional duties, the Buyer is responsible for such additional charges.  If the Buyer decides to reject the package, we will request a return.  Buyer is responsible for any costs we incur due to the return and such costs will be deducted from the refund.
